Ways to Purchase EEGer Home Use
Home Use licenses for the EEGer software and equipment can be purchased by either the Supervising Clinician or the client (known as the Home-User) that they are working with. When deciding whether the Home-User or the Supervising Clinician will pay for the system, there are a few things to consider:
Supervising Clinician Purchases Home Use License
The Supervising Clinician owns the system, allowing it to be returned once training is completed and loaned or rented to a different client.
Does not require the Home-User to interact directly with EEG Store, clinician can complete entire purchase process on their own.
Allows for the clinician to configure the system before providing it to the Home-User.
Simplifies billing and paperwork, as the Home-User does not need to contact or pay EEG Store directly.
Home-User Purchases Home Use License
Home-User owns the equipment and license, allowing them to easily work with a different Supervising Clinician if needed.
Home-User is comfortable following configuration instructions, without their clinician configuring the system before they receive it.
Home-User is comfortable interacting with EEG Store directly, including providing payment and shipping information.
The price for the Home Use software license is the same whether it is licensed in the name of the Supervising Clinician or the Home-User.
Note: If this is their first time supervising a Home Use license, the Supervising Clinician will also receive a new keyfile for their Clinical EEGer License. This keyfile is available at no charge and will enable additional features in the software that allow for creating and sending Home Use Client Files.
EEGer Equipment Bundles
Equipment bundles are available that include key components needed to begin using EEGer. Some disposable items like rubbing alcohol, cotton balls, and wipes will need to be purchased separately. New users will also need to have a computer available that meets EEGer’s minimum requirements in order to install and use the software. Our equipment bundles include:
A High-Quality EEG Amplifier (Two-Channel or Four-Channel)
A Set of EEG Electrodes
Samples of Conductive Paste and Gel
An EEGer Software License and Security Dongle
Onboarding & Setup Help for Home Use Training
The final price of the equipment bundle will vary depending on shipping fees and the specific model of EEG amplifier included. Additionally, users who already own some of the components may only need to purchase a partial bundle. Please contact EEG Store to receive a formal estimate with exact pricing for your situation.

EEGer Home Use License Pricing
If a user already has all of the equipment that’s needed, they only need to pay for a software license to access the software.
